End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Kuntur Labs for the use of the mobile game Skelet Maul distributed via Google Play.

By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement and Google Play Terms of Service.

2. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Game
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Game for unlawful purposes
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Game remain the property of Kuntur Labs.

5. No Data Collection

The Game:

  • Does not collect personal data
  • Does not track users
  • Does not use analytics or advertising IDs
  • Does not share data with third parties

6. Google Play

  • The Game is distributed via Google Play
  • Google is not responsible for the Game
  • Google provides no warranties or support

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kuntur Labs is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Game.

9. Termination

This license terminates if you violate this Agreement or uninstall the Game.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ecuador.
